I created and managed a dynamic email series to introduce a new brand awareness campaign for Breathless Resorts & Spas, designed to highlight the brand’s energetic and luxurious identity.
The series began with a launch email that invited subscribers to experience the Breathless lifestyle through vibrant imagery and bold messaging. It was followed by an interactive poll email that encouraged audience participation by asking subscribers to vote for the topic that interests them most—including travel, food & drink, health & wellness and social life.
Based on the poll responses, recipients then received personalized blog articles tailored to their interests, creating a customized and engaging brand journey.
This multi-touch approach successfully boosted engagement rates, drove an increase in direct bookings, and grew the company’s total email subscriber base through interactive content and personalized storytelling.
